All sales are final. As a small business, we can not currently process any refund. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/cancelled.

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at hello@vetementsderue.com.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and don't restock items.

 

Shipping & Tracking

Kindly note that all orders within Canada automatically come with a tracking number. However, US orders may not.



Order Processing


Once your order is placed, please allow up to 72 hours to ensure order fulfillment. In the exception that we are unable to fulfill in this period, we will be in touch.

Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number. Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

Canada: 2-3 business days.
USA: Up to 10 business days.



In-Person Pickup

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person pickup at this time.
